                         Dear Mister/Miss ,
We have had an eventful few weeks this fall – a particular highlight was our delegation trip to SENSOR China in Shanghai in September. With many new projects, prospects, and valuable contacts, we are looking to the future with optimism.
Preparations for SENSOR+TEST 2026 are also already in full swing. We can feel the positive momentum in the sensor and measurement technology community and are looking forward to the upcoming industry gathering.
Take advantage of this opportunity: Registration is already open, and our early bird phase runs until the end of October!
In this newsletter, we introduce you our successful exhibitors and export hits - including participants in the delegation and the European Pavilion - and give you an insight into the latest developments surrounding SENSOR+TEST.
  Best regards, Your SENSOR+TEST

In 2022, Materion filed a patent application for a new MEMS-based hydrogen sensor and has meanwhile brought it to market maturity. Under standard conditions, the sensor can be used for ambient monitoring in the lower explosive limit range or for monitoring process gases containing up to 100 vol% H2 in gas mixtures. It enables the selective measurement of…

With the European Pavilion, SENSOR+TEST sent a strong signal for European technological expertise at SENSOR CHINA 2025. In a prominent location, the joint stand presented itself as a central platform for sensor and measurement technology from Europe and was very well attended. The concept of bringing together selected companies under a common European umbrella brand proved successful: numerous concrete follow-ups, pilot projects, and agreed reference projects demonstrate the effectiveness of the format. Feedback from exhibitors was also consistently positive, with particular emphasis on the high quality of visitors, targeted matchmaking, and the strong visibility of the European presence.

A big thank you to all participants of the European delegation to SENSOR CHINA 2025! The trip brought together representatives from industry, research, and associations and offered a varied, thematically focused program covering China's dynamic sensor and measurement technology landscape. The aim of the delegation program was to promote professional and personal exchange, learn about market structures, and explore potential areas of cooperation. The direct insights into local innovation centers and the opportunity for direct discussions with local companies and authorities were particularly appreciated.
